Order Processing Time
All Kat Phyte products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products are fulfilled by different facilities, items in the same order may arrive separately.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kat Phyte is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Please include photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable to info@katphyte.com.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
