Kat Phyte Returns & Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Products
Due to the bespoke nature of our Kat Phyte products, they are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color preference
• Change of mind
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items Only
We will replace or refund items that arrive:
• Defective
• Misprinted
• Damaged in transit
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@katphyte.com (Subject: Defective/damaged)
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of packaging (if damaged in transit)
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.
Returns Shipping Address and Authorization
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns may be refused or lost.
If we approve a return or replacement that requires the item to be sent back, we will provide instructions and confirm the return address by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage in transit, or a fulfillment error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Replacement Process
If your claim is approved:
• We will issue a replacement at no cost to you, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Size Responsibility
Kat Phyte is not responsible for incorrect size selection.
We strongly encourage customers to review the size guide before purchasing.
If you are unsure about sizing, contact us prior to ordering.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn or washed items
• Items damaged due to misuse
Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. Once marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
